My passion is good food. It doesnt have to be expensive, you just have to find it. I have been dining out for decades now, and I finally decided to start writing about it. I hope anyone who reads this will add comments and places that they feel are good food. As I travel, I will try to add them as well.

Paris Bistro Epcot Center France
The service was unmistakable French. The wait staff had an air of snobbyness that comes from being French. Excellent service though and the food was divine. We ordered escargot and a tuna tartare that was very well prepared and seasoned. Diana had duck and Brittany and I had lamb. It was cooked to perfection. The lamb was served with ratatouille and cut table side into individual chops. The wine list was impressive. Lots of very nice wines, some of which you could get by the glass. All in all an excellent dining experience
