Flying Fish Resturant Disney Boardwalk

As we travel to our favorite place on earth, we love to visit with the places that we used to dine. The Flying Fish is always one of those nice spots to come back to. The food as always was prepared so well. They have an open kitchen design so that you can watch the chefs prepare the meals. The wine list is very solid with wins by the glass, bottle or half caraf. This is an excellent way to try wines especially if you and your partner drink different types of wines. The lobster bisque was so creamy and full of lobster meat. The tuna tartar was prepared very well. Diana had the potato wrapped snapper and I had the lamb chops. Both prepared to perfection. The only complaint I would have was with the service. Tim our waiter was a little slow to react to us and our food was slow in getting to the table. When I got my bill and it had forced gratuity on it,(we had 6 in our party) that explained some of the service issue. I am not a fan of this program. It allows people to slip on service and if the management doesn't test it's servers. Tim needs to be tested again in my eyes.
